An order placed through the shop becomes binding when you receive the confirmation email. Prices are in euros and include value added tax: twenty-two per cent on courses and services, five per cent on books and printed materials.
Payment is possible by debit or credit card through Stripe. Digital materials are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed.
Physical products (T-shirts, bags, mugs, posters, card games) are normally dispatched within two to five working days. Shipping costs €3.90 within Slovenia and €12.90 to European Union countries; it is calculated automatically when an order contains a physical product. Digital materials (PDF) are delivered immediately after confirmed payment, with no shipping charge.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within fourteen days of receipt, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to digital content (PDF materials) whose download began with your express consent before the withdrawal period expired, nor to services (courses) that have already begun with your consent.
Purchased hours must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. One school hour lasts forty-five minutes. Times are arranged directly with the teacher. Unused hours expire at the end of that period.
Registering for a group course is free and does not yet constitute payment. Once enough participants have registered, we confirm the group and issue your invoice. If the group does not form, the registration lapses and you incur no obligation; any amount already paid is refunded in full within eight days.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and may be redeemed for any service or product on this site. They cannot be exchanged for cash. A gift card is a multi-purpose voucher: the amount shown on the card includes value added tax, which is accounted for when the card is redeemed, at the rate applying to the service or product the holder then chooses.
Hour packages carry a guarantee: if the package is not right for you after the first two hours, we refund the remainder. For complaints, contact us at avec@siol.net.
The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over disputes.
Under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Avec plus d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve consumer disputes.
