In my lessons I combine expertise, many years of experience and an ear for what individuals and companies actually need. I keep adapting my programmes to the goals, prior knowledge and expectations of the participants, because I believe the best learning is the kind that is meaningful, useful and shaped around the person.
I specialised in teaching French in companies. The methods I use have been tested in many Slovenian and international companies — that is where my precision in setting learning goals and measuring progress against the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) comes from.
I also teach other groups (university and secondary students, primary-school pupils, preschool children …) who want to learn French.
Over the years I have developed my own syllabuses, course notes, e-handbooks, teaching aids and other materials, built on professional training and above all on direct experience in the classroom.
In my lessons participants feel relaxed, included and motivated. In a group I build ease, creativity and active participation. The result that counts most is not a test score but that satisfied learners come back — good attendance, positive references and long-standing partnerships.

She is the only one who had an effective system for learning French verbs, and with all the other material there was more logic and structure too, so I learned much faster than at school. What I liked most was that she taught me useful things in an entertaining way, that I practised essays and speaking, and that I could study topics that will come in handy when I go to France.

Even though French is REALLY hard (compared to other languages), it was one of the best lessons ever! Great comparisons, case studies you definitely remember, a fast pace (so you don't accidentally drift off somewhere in the middle lol) so I REALLY recommend her to anyone who needs lessons. And over skype = easy and accessible, plus Nenah Iza Zeilhofer is an absolute queen and has online teaching down to a fine art so it's no less worthwhile than in person!

Ever since I was little I wanted to learn to speak French and you have made that wish even stronger. I know I am still missing a lot of knowledge, but because of you I feel much more confident when I speak French. Since I started learning with you, learning French is fun, not the least bit hard work, and I gain an enormous amount of knowledge, not only about French but also about other important things in life. I think you have mastered not only French but also relationships with people, and I know you put an enormous amount of effort and time into your work, which shows. In spite of that, if you are on holiday, injured or ill, you give 100 % for your students. Thank you for that.
